Charlie Parks – CEO

Charlie Parks is PST’s CEO. Charlie was born and raised in Prospect Park, PA. He moved around Pennsylvania a bit before moving to Florida. Charlie has over 20 years of experience as a system analyst for Xerox Corp. Charlie founded his own check imaging company (dSg) in 1992 after leaving Xerox. After building dSg into a successful check and document imaging company, he sold dSg in January 2000. Charlie left dSg in 2001 to help pursue his son’s racing career. Charlie joined PST in the summer of 2002 after some coaxing and now plays an integral role in all of PST’s endeavors. Charlie now the CEO of PST continues to improve upon our current processes. Charlie now lives in Land O’ Lakes, FL, and enjoys autocross racing, photography, sound recording, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his wife and children.
