Our EZ-Scan ® Family of products offers several versions of software to meet your needs. All our products have the ability to purchase additional features as needed as a plug-In.
EZ-Scan® Lite Economical entry point. Will capture the front and back image of the check and the MICR line printed on the bottom of the check (bank route code, check account number, and check number). It will also save the date it was scanned and a unique “Batch ID” of your choice. All data will be stored locally on the scanning PC and all images will be embedded into the database. We have a verify function that will prompt you to manually enter the check amount. You can do searches on any combinations of Batch ID, Date, bank route code, check account number, check number, and check amount. You can also create a page that will show all the checks scanned for the day and can be used to wrap around the checks when you make your deposit.

EZ-Scan®Standard All of the features included in EZ-Scan® Lite plus the ability to save the database and images on a shared server. You can also add 5 additional batch fields. Example Operator, Location, Type, etc. You can also use two additional fields for each check for tagging payer names and memos. You can also export to a .csv file and also create a check 21 X9.37 image cash letter to transmit to your bank. This is a single-user product, only one person at a time can access the database.

EZ-Scan® NP (Non-Profit) All of the features included in EZ-Scan®, plus the ability to save all the name, address, city, state, ZIP, and Customer Number. Once you enter the data the first time it will retrieve all of the saved information next time you scan the same check from the same user. EZ-Scan® Pro All of the features included in EZ-Scan® NP plus it is a multi-user version so the data can be looked up from several locations within your network. You can also add 25 additional check fields if you need to capture additional data related to each check. It also provides software-level security so you can limit who can do what. Who can scan. view, delete, edit, etc.

SQL Enterprise Connection Plug-In that will enable EZ-Scan® to interface to any in-house MS SQL, MySQL, or Oracle databases.
EZ-Scan® Remit (Remittance/Lockbox) – All of the features included in EZ-Scan® Pro plus has the ability to also scan coupons along with the checks and will provide hands off-balancing of the batch. It supports both OCR-A and Barcode data lines. Modes of scanning include Coupon Check, Check Only, Multiple Coupons, and Multiple Coupons/Checks combinations. It can also manage three different levels of payments, amount due, late payment, discount payment, or any combination of four different payments.
